Hi, I’m Josh Scott.

Like you, I’ve led teams

I began my career serving as an officer in the United States Marine Corps. Proudly hailing from Hampton, Virginia (a hub of military activity) and the son of two Air Force veterans, the call to service was resounding for me.

As a Marine, I was honored to learn from incredible people from different backgrounds and, as a team, tackle impactful assignments across the globe. From the Pacific Theater and the Korean Peninsula, to the South American continent and the Central American land bridge, I operated in dynamic environments alongside incredible men and women who shaped my understanding of how teams win.

Before joining the Marine Corps, I had the great fortune of earning my bachelor’s degree in Engineering Sciences from Harvard University. After the Marine Corps, I had the incredible fortune of returning to Harvard to earn my MBA. Harvard showed me different ways to think. The Marines showed me different ways to execute.

Now, having served as a military leader, I wish to serve as a business leader. As such, my new mission is clear: serve as your successor. As your successor, I will work tirelessly to lead your company in its next chapter, while you write your next chapter.

With that, I look forward to connecting and learning how I can best serve as your business’s next leader.
